CANCELLATION POLICY
To ensure that I can accommodate everyone’s needs effectively, I have instituted a 24-hour cancellation policy for all appointments. I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring you to reschedule or cancel your appointment. However, I kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to make changes to your appointment. This allows me to offer the time slot to another client. If your appointment is canceled less than 24 hours before or if you are a no-call, no-show, a 50% non-refundable deposit will be required to book your next appointment. The deposit will go toward your total appointment cost. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
